**Unlike water-soluble ascorbic acid, this ingredient does not begin to degrade as soon as it comes into contact with light and air.
Tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate, a lipid-soluble form of vitamin C, represents the latest breakthrough in skincare. Its unique molecular structure allows for deeper penetration into the skin, resulting in enhanced effectiveness and superior results.
Dark spots, uneven skin tone and visible signs of aging are no match for vitamin C, and this serum checks all the boxes. This is an extremely stable, active vitamin C, which mitigates the damaging effects of UV exposure. Compared to ascorbic acid, seen in almost every other vitamin C Serum, THDA is able to penetrate the skin cells responsible for restoring the epidermal barrier. It stimulates collagen production as well as clarifies and brightens the skin, by inhibiting melanogenesis by more than 80%, when used at the correct percentage. This form of vitamin C is especially good for those with sensitive skin or dry skin, due to its neutral PH.
Sea Buckthorn Extract: A single drop of seabuckthorn contains a whopping 190 beneficial bioactive compounds. This supercritical extract sends its lipids deep into the skin, with it's omega fatty acids 3, 6, 7, and 9, antioxidants, vitamin, palmitoleic acids, carotenoids, and phytosterols.
Is a free radical scavenger that can effectively counteract free radical damage and provide significant protection against UVA-induced depletion of cell membrane. This function helps to prevent damage to collagen and elastin production and help with wrinkles. ** This product is prone to melting when exposed to heat. During warmer months it may arrive to you partially or fully melted, so do be very careful upon opening.If melting occurs, no need to worry, just follow the steps below.
We recommend placing unopened container directly into a sunny spot outside for 45 minutes to make sure product is completely melted, then place your fridge for one hour to reset before opening. Or, you can place unopened container into a bowl of hot water for 45 minutes to ensure its completely melted, then place in fridge to reset. Everything is formulated for stability and neither heat, nor cold are damaging to the formulas.
