**We encourage you to start out by purchasing The Ultimate Starter Set  which contains our complete facial collection in one superb mini experience. This is a great way for you to try everything before you purchase the full size products. Each mini lasts approx two weeks or more, which gives you time to get a great feel for everything. 

We are a teeny tiny, passionate company that makes really, really great products and it is our genuine hope that you'll love eveything you try. Our products are labor intensive, handcrafted and micro-batch made, using very high cost, quality ingredients, and for this reason we do not offer refunds.

Please read product info on each product page. We've provided some great info about each product, the ingredients and how to use everything correctly so you get the very best results. Please reach out to us if you have any questions - we are always here to help. We want to make sure you have given your skin time to adjust to our extraordinarily clean ingredients and are using the products correctly.  

If your purchase arrives to you in damaged and unusable condition please email us within 24 hours at mykintsugiskin@gmail.com and include the order number and a clear picture of the damage, so that we can send out a replacement asap. We need to receive this within 24 hours of your order being delivered.

Our goal is for you to be entirely satisfied and we will do what we can to make sure you are happy. We pride ourselves on our customer service, as much as we do the quality and performance of our products.
