This is a great way for you to try everything before you purchase the full size products. The whole set lasts over a month, with each product lasting two weeks or more, which gives you 30 days to get a great feel for everything. 

We are a teeny tiny, passionate company that makes really, really great products and it is our genuine hope that you'll love eveything you try. Our products are labor intensive, handcrafted and micro-batch made, using very high cost, quality ingredients and for this reason we do not offer refunds.  However, we sell generous samples of everything, which are available individually (A-la Carte), or for one great price you can try out our complete facial line by purchasing The Kintsugi Experience. Each mini lasts two weeks or more.

If your purchase arrives to you in damaged and unusable condition please email us within 24 hours at mykintsugiskin@gmail.com and include the order number and a clear picture of the damage, so that we can send out a replacement asap. We need to receive this within 24 hours of your order being delivered.
